Querensics Africa has put in place Quality Assurance (QA) and management policies to ensure that the process and products of our work meet international principles and standards. The QA management processes include internal review of key products by the experienced consultants and the team leader to ensure the high quality of the main outputs. The QA plan will be designed to provide an appropriate mechanism to ensure the competent delivery of the consulting services from the firm. Our aim is to ensure that these services come together as a coherent set of activities with consistent outputs. Ethical standards regarding team selection, independence, and interviewing techniques are always established and maintained.
